Refund policy

Your happiness and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know and we will do our best to help. 

Our general refund, return, and cancellation policies for specific products are below. 

Unused Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds, price adjustments, or retroactive discounts for unused codes. Orders process instantly and pricing is locked upon checkout. This ensures fairness for all customers and prevents disruption to automated fulfillment.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed immediately after purchase.

  • If you cancel an order after your order is placed, but before it is shipped, you will be responsible for a $5.00 restocking and cancellation fee which will be will be deducted from any refund.
  • If canceled after shipment, you will be responsible for: 15% cancellation fee + $1.50 processing fee + shipping & handling costs. These amounts will be will be deducted from any refund.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

30-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know within 30 days of receipt of your first letter and request a refund via email or contact form. Refunds are not automatic with cancellations but are available upon request in most cases. If you’ve been approved for a refund by us, the relevant amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days. 

After the Full Refund Guarantee expires (30 days), refunds are not available.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged Items and Delivery Failures

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a mailing was not delivered by USPS within a reasonable amount of time (7-10 days from the mailing date of either the 1st or 15th of each month), or was otherwise lost or destroyed, please let us know and we will be happy send a replacement at no additional charge in most cases.

Digital Products

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once delivered, digital files remain in your possession and cannot be retrieved.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. These amounts will be deducted from any refund.

Delivered but Not Received

If you purchased an order that includes tracking of your shipment, and the tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • You must contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve the issue.

  • We do not accept responsibility or issue refunds/credits for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
